How to view previously saved password of NVR in Smart PSS platform. we have to upgrade our PC and need configure newly but unfortunately we don't have NVR password in general record. If we can see current running Smart PSS it will be very helpful for us .

To install the application on your Mac, save the installation package from the developer's website and then double click to extract the TAR.BZ2 archive. After extraction, locate the executable file (Mac enabled) and launch it. Follow the instructions on screen and enter your username password when prompted and that's it.
I've checked the application page at Software Informer and it appears there is a direct download URL for a package of 112 MB. I recommend you access the link posted below. Then locate the little Download button and click it. The website will initiate the download and then you will be prompted to save the installation file.
I had installed iDMSS Lite app in my iPhone 6 and really had a good experience with it, but last week there was an update of the app, and now I can't watch them.
I get through my user and password, but when I arrive to cam display monitor it says can't access.
It is important that you know I have Windows 10 on my PC and in my Android mobile telephone I still can watch them (gDMSS lite) but not on the iPhone.
What can I do or where do I get the old version so I can continue watching my cameras or is an error that you are working on? And if it's and error, when will it be fixed?

If you check the software page, you'll notice that after the Apple OS Update, the application fails to work anymore. There are users who encountered the same error. Unfortunately, going back is not an option since the latest download will be always to the latest version available.
You need to use the application only on Android and Windows, until an update is released by the developers for iDMSS Lite app.

You have to configure the application to see exactly where the images are stored after the icon with the camera is clicked. To configure the paths where the images are stored, press the Add (plus) button and then click on Device CFG. After you add it to the main menu, select the camera and press the Device CFG, then you can configure it.
This is the default path: C:/Program Files (x86)/Smart Professional Surveillance System/SmartPSS/Capture

Smart PSS is a DVR solution for your cameras. This means that you have to actually set the cameras in recording mode then you can access the recording. You also need an HDD big enough to keep the recording for a certain time (recording time differs based on the recording settings and quality).
Since I can't test the application, open the documentation for the software to read more about it. You can usually find the necessary files in the installation directory.
When I click on the program to start shows a windows asking autorization for modifications on the system, I say yes but nothing else Happen. System: windows 10, RAM 4gb, precessor 2,6ghz, 64 bits.
